Chad has over 25 years of sales and operation experience prior to joining Mitchell Premier Safety. Chad’s relationship philosophy ensures a personal and result-driven experience for all of our clients. He strives to create a true partnership based on the delivery of quality and efficiency at an affordable price. Chad graduated from Marist College, where he also played division one basketball.

Melissa brings 22 plus years of management experience with her to Mitchell Premier Safety. She is thrilled to shed the red tape of the public sector to form part of a tight, agile team focused on fostering long-term client relationships. Melissa holds degrees from Indiana University and Middlebury College.
